I've been involved in the social service/mental health field since 07. My experience and career of assisting other ranges from working at a homeless shelter to incarcerated youth to Adult Inpatient Psych to One on one/Group General Mental Health concerns. Many of client concerns that I have assisted range from past/present trauma events, distorted view of self, and substance abuse and life transitions and cognitive distortions and depressed/anxious mood and etc. All with the goal of seeking some form of peace and balance in their lives.
