I have over 17 years' experience which includes working with the Air Force, a high school and community mental health facility working with individuals, couples and families. I encourage patients to utilize their strengths and experience whenever possible. I have been using a scientific approach, when appropriate, to treat symptoms of PTSD, anxiety and depression. I have been practicing brainspotting for two years.
