Are you suffering because your life is out of balance? If you are, your relationships have probably deteriorated and you may feel depressed, anxious, tense and irritable. Even your relationship with your self may be suffering. These emotions are telling you that your psychological system is out of balance and adjustments need to be made. Whether you are alone, in a relationship, or in a family system, I will help you to identify where these imbalances are happening for you and we will work together to establish harmony and restore health and wellbeing to your personal or family system.
I work with individuals assisting them in achieving clear goals for a healthier, more enjoyable and more effective way of living, communicating within systems, including the system of the Self. I accomplish this with Insight Work, Jungian Dream Interpretation, a Strength Based Approach, exploring Family of Origin Issues and Solution-Focused Goal Setting
We will take a journey together that will bring you awareness about what you need to have a more rewarding, satisfying life and experience of wellbeing.
