I incorporate my knowledge of Traditional Medicine and Clinical Social Work to provide a holistic approach to each individual I work with. As a trans-identified provider, I strive to create more access and choices for my LGBQ and Trans family to help eliminate any barriers associated with care. As a trans-identified provider, I specialize in providing therapy for a wide range of issues and specifically for LGBTQ/Trans issues, anxiety, depression, PTSD, Trauma, and stress related issues. I utilize a client-centered approach emphasizing the importance of the therapeutic relationship utilizing CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques.
