We are currently living in a world where there is a lot of things that are happening in which we do not have control over. These circumstances can impact us directly or indirectly causing unnecessary trauma. When mental illness go unchecked it can cause underlying issues such as anger, anxiety, depression, and/or addiction.

Youth and adults who come to me often struggle with social-emotional and behavioral issues affecting academic progress, job functioning, peer/family relationships and self-image. These issues are often rooted in family conflict, identity confusion and trauma and can lead to more serious issues of anxiety and depression.
