Our life experiences do not define who we are but, equip us to be the most resilient and best versions of ourselves I've come to realize that with each and every experience there's a lesson and a reason to gain strength and wisdom. We all deserve to be the best versions of ourselves. My goal as a therapist is not only to push my clients to reach past their thresholds of whatever is holding them back but, to create a space of safety for them to grow and flourish.I work with adult men and women ages (15-65) who have a history of Childhood trauma, attachment issues, problems maintaining healthy relationships, anxiety, & low self-worth.
I utilize evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support my clients in their journey of healing from trauma, managing anxiety and depression, and enhancing their self-esteem.
Through these therapeutic approaches, we work together to address underlying issues, reframe negative thoughts, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and promote lasting positive change. In our sessions, you can expect a safe and non-judgmental space where you are encouraged to explore your experiences and emotions. Remember, you are not alone on this journey.
