My experience includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, identity and self-esteem issues, trauma, depression, life transitions and adjustments, and interpersonal issues. I'm able to provide therapy both in English and/or Spanish.
I value that you and your circumstances are unique, so I employ an integrative approach that adapts to you and your needs/goals. A few modalities I tend do use are EMDR, DBT, MI, and mindfulness.
