My experience includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, identity and self-esteem issues, life transitions and adjustments, and interpersonal issues. I'm able to provide therapy both in English and/or Spanish.

I value that you and your circumstances are unique! As such, I employ an integrative approach that adapts to you and your needs/goals. A few modalities I tend do use are EMDR, DBT, CBT, MI, and mindfulness.

My approach is person-centered and strengths-based. I recognize that you're the expert in your own life and I highlight and employ your strengths to nurture your self-healing! Most importantly, I believe that a safe, nonjudgmental, and strong therapeutic alliance is the essential foundation for your growth and healing through our work together.
