I believe that we all have the capacity for healing within ourselves. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers. My goal is to instill hope and healing for clients presenting with concerns related to post-traumatic stress, attachment, anxiety, grief/loss, depression, disruptive behaviors, social skills, parenting, and/or relational distress.
I use a client centered, trauma-specific, holistic, and developmental approach to psychotherapy. I utilize therapeutic techniques such as EMDR, child-parent psychotherapy, sand-tray, play therapy, TFCBT, expressive arts, and mindfulness. I am a certified PCIT international therapist and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
