Happy Pride Month! Feel free to come out or stay in, telehealth and in person sessions are available. I specialize in working with LGBT clients and trauma, particularly religious trauma. Please let me know if you're intersted in attending groups, we are launching those soon! I run a group practice with another employee who specializes in grief/loss, LGBT identity, and pet loss, please specify if you have a preference.

Normally clients come with one issue that's the big problem in their life, and we work on how to address that, by managing stress, difficult emotions, or conflict in relationships. When we've tackled that, there's usually some root causes we can tackle that are making those problems repeat in the first place. Email is the best way to reach me.

Therapy can be challenging and scary but it can also be fun, dark humor is appreciated but not required. My practice is focused on creative ways to work through traumatic memories and understand repeating patterns to break free of negative cycles.
