I work with young people aged 14-35. I am a borderline personality disorder specialist primarily and also support other personality disorders, ADHD, and high achieving people with anxiety. Clients often say they want a therapist who will provide realistic, down-to-earth support and engage them in hard discussions which is what people find when they meet with me; I'm the same person in the therapy room as I am outside of it.
