Hi, I'm Lacey and I hope I'm able to give you a sense of what it's like to work with me. I'm a neurodivergent therapist with specialized training in the treatment of anxiety, depression, adult ADHD, Autism Spectrum, Complex Trauma, Religious Trauma, and PTSD. I value creative collaboration that honors individuation and autonomy, cultivating skills, tools, and resources to help achieve your goals.
I utilize scientific, evidence-based practices like Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, DBT, CBT, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Yoga, and Internal Family Systems Theory to facilitate important insights and cultivate deeper awareness of the problems and issues you're seeking to resolve.
Through cultivating a relationship built on safety and trust, we'll work towards your goals together with a plan that's designed to fit your unique needs. I value allyship and am strongly aligned with LGBTQ+, intersectional feminism, and ENM/poly communities. I offer free consultations and referral resources.
