The good news is that you are thinking about making a change. It is ok if you are not sure. I help clients sort through their reasons for making a change and for staying the same. We work together to uncover what is holding you back. In this process there are often images, myths or dreams that show up and that help guide change process. I encourage and support clients to explore the hidden gifts found in the shadow places in their lives and help them shed light on the purpose of old patterns before replacing them with something new and more effective.
You can be the hero of your own story. I am a guide in therapy as you explore your inner thought, beliefs, emotions and varying motivations to change. Together through practice, we help you build the skills you need to overcome your addictions and maintain the hard fought changes that you have won.
I use a combination of Jungian Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing techniques to support you in your hero's journey.
