I am passionate about being able to help others navigate through difficult times and assist them in gaining insight into themselves and the environment around them. After gaining insight into the ambivalence and obstacles, it is imperative to collaborate on setting and attaining goals that are specific to your intention. I will be there to guide you through the steps it takes to get there.
I enjoy working with a wide variety of individuals. I specialize in Substance Use Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, and helping clients gain self-esteem and self-worth. It is important to highlight limiting beliefs and their origin in order to challenge and clear some of these unhelpful thought processes. I will help guide you through these challenges.
