I practice depth psychology with a strong Jungian focus to help heal trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression in adults and children (age 10+). I believe that we sometimes need additional support as we navigate our unique journey in life. As a young adult in my early twenties, I met with my first counselor who introduced me to a group counseling experience that brought life-changing spiritual and emotional transformation. Although I had come to counseling for one problem in my life, the therapeutic process illuminated so much more than what I could articulate or even knew I needed. This initial encounter is what drew me toward the counseling profession and deepened my passion and motivation for helping others in the same way that I have been helped.

My primary specialty is romantic conflict. Many persons I counsel are either "stuck" or at an impasse. They just cannot seem to resolve their conflict. They often see their issues worsen despite efforts. I address the root causes, matters that often go unaddressed. These root issues are often why couples continue to fight. These matters are so strong that they can take the best of romances and turn them into near hatred and disgust. My secondary specialty is emotional management, including with children. I primarily address regret, fear, anger, and anxiety, helping you understand and manage emotions that hold you back.
