Hi, hi! My name is Maria and I absolutely adore working with children and teens but I am open to all ages. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults who have experienced high levels of trauma. In my work, I try to focus on addressing generational cycles of trauma, perfectionism and people pleasing tendencies. I hope to help you gain awareness of your experiences, challenge you to grow, do things you enjoy and build confidence to try new things.

I see each client as their own individual with unique experiences while also taking cultural factors like environment, ethnicity, race, gender, religion, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation and gender identity into consideration to develop a holistic view of who you are as a client and the impact of your experiences.

In my work, I focus on developing a safe space for you to process your experiences. I will follow your lead, this is your counseling journey and I want to help your meet your goals and find confidence, peace and awareness.
