Throughout my years of experience, I have helped many individuals of diverse backgrounds and ages, couples, and families who needed guidance through life changes, as well as those who were facing difficult life experiences, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management.
In addition to face-to-face sessions, I offer services through the convenience of Online therapy and by phone. Services are available in English and Spanish.
