I work with adults and teens struggling with anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, grief, the effects of trauma, and problematic substance use and process addictions. I work with couples seeking to improve or repair their relationship. I also see children as young as 5 for play therapy and work with parents facing the challenges of parenthood.
Change is difficult. We all carry beliefs about ourselves that no longer serve us, and understanding them, challenging them, and developing compassion towards yourself is a big step toward making changes.
