Hello and welcome! I specialize in helping millennials with anxiety who have tried therapy before with minimal success. We might be a good fit if you struggle to prioritize your needs, and feel there are parts of yourself that you need to hide, You may try to only share the parts of yourself you are sure others will like or appreciate. Sunrise Counseling is an outpatient mental health group practice in North Dallas. At Sunrise Counseling we work with children, adolescents, and adults. Our therapists have years of experience in working with both individuals as well as couples. We have five therapists that have various specialties including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, pain management, sport psychology, infertility, perinatal loss, postpartum depression and anxiety, anger management, and faith based counseling.

I actively participate in my client's treatment by offering reflections, suggestions, ideas, and homework. My main therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioral, along with mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.

Therapy can be an intimidating and difficult endeavor, but often with worthwhile results. My primary specialty is romantic conflict. Many persons I counsel are either "stuck" or at an impasse. They just cannot seem to resolve their conflict. They often see their issues worsen despite efforts. I address the root causes, matters that often go unaddressed. These root issues are often why couples continue to fight. These matters are so strong that they can take the best of romances and turn them into near hatred and disgust. My secondary specialty is emotional management, including with children. I primarily address regret, fear, anger, and anxiety, helping you understand and manage emotions that hold you back.

Keith’s primary area of focus is Child Centered Play Therapy (CCPT). However, he also has experience working with teens and adults, and has received training to work with groups and families. Keith finds Child Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT) to be a particularly fulfilling way of working within the family system. During the pandemic Keith gained training and experience working through multiple Tele-health platforms. He also has experience using Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), but he primarily views counseling through a holistic Person-Centered perspective.

I specialize in brain-body rehabilitation of the sexual system in a sex-positive environment. My clients are of any sex orientation/identity and are seeking solutions for: sexual performance anxiety, premature ejaculation (PE), erectile dysfunction (ED), delayed or lack of ejaculation (DE), low sexual desire, vaginismus, painful sex/pelvic pain, orgasmic disorders, mismatched libidos, sexual inexperience, understanding their sexuality and late life virginity.
