Are you experiencing sadness or anxiety that is keeping you from having a fulfilling life? Are you having difficulties within your relationships or finding it hard to be authentic with others? If so, therapy is a place where you can address these struggles.
I believe it is important that you trust me in order for you to benefit from therapy. As a result, I will work hard to create a safe environment where you feel comfortable. I will also work to develop a supportive environment while also challenging you to make changes.
My counseling style is collaborative. Although I have been trained in counseling, I believe that you are the expert on your life. Thus, we will work together as a team to meet your goals.
I enjoy working with a variety of people, but specialize in working with children, women in transition, and men experiencing anxiety.
Some of the issues I address include depression, anxiety, coping with a miscarriage, self esteem issues, parenting concerns, and coping with infertility. I also provide Christian Integration if you are interested.
