My main therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioral, along with mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.
I work with adults and families, specializing in assisting those living with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, senior/aging-related issues, such as dementia, and the stress caused by caregiving. Additionally, I help those diagnosed with a mental illness, like Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, and Bipolar.
As the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Director for a local professional team, I regularly work with professional athletes, coaches, and staff.
