I attended Bellarmine University with a concentration in Psychology. I have a BSW and an MSSW from The Kent School of Social Work. I am a psychotherapist who has been practicing psychotherapy for almost 20 years. I value relationships. I believe that trusting relationships lead to happiness. My clinical skills are vast after over 30 years in private practice and 40 years as a social worker. I have worked with the military in Europe as a family therapist and participate in the Give an Hour Program here in Kentucky. I serve on several boards including the Kent School Social Work Board, and the National Association of Social Work Ethics Committee.

We want to equip you with practical, easy-to-use tools in your toolbox to deal with all of life's stressors. Our one-on-one sessions with individuals, couples, kids, and families give you tools tailored to your specific needs. Group classes and one-hour mindfulness meditations are affordable ways for introducing you and your friends to our approach to mindfulness.

As of 4/1/24 I will be at the Dupont office only. Wednesdays 10:00-5:00 in person and Thursdays 10:00-5:00 for telehealth. Life is a series of transitions - some peaks and some valleys. I find these valleys often are a result of internal conflict and external events or pressure. I believe that we all have an authentic self and much of the internal conflict comes from living inauthentically, which develops into maladaptive behaviors.
