I am a licensed LCSW/LCADCA in Kentucky with 6 years of clinical work experience and over 5 years of working with various populations. I attended Bellarmine University with a concentration in Psychology. I have a BSW and an MSSW from The Kent School of Social Work. I have experience in helping clients heal through stress, anxiety, substance abuse, childhood/lifetime trauma, PTSD, borderline personality, depression, self-esteem, family conflict, sexual dysfunction, professional career stress, and anger management.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment/shame. Authenticity and acceptance of self is a superpower that allows you to accomplish amazing things. I specialize in Trauma/Addiction/mental health with a focus on skill-building, self-compassion, and trauma-informed care.
