I work with anyone over 18 years old dealing with stress, complex PTSD, trauma (abuse/neglect), depression, anxiety, anger issues, suicidal ideations, personality disorders, experiencing divorce/separation, and grief. Staying focused on your goals, I use evidence-based coping skills and in-depth tools (i.e. EMDR) to get to the root of the problem.

As you deepen & broaden your awareness of yourself, you’ll find that you have all the capabilities you need to feel that more whole and fulfilled life that some part of you believes is possible.
