We all face times in our lives where daily stressors or life challenges affect our ability to maintain a sense of well-being. When our mental health is affected it sometimes feels like depression or anxiety or having difficulty expressing our emotions in healthy ways. During these times you may need an unbiased professional to listen and help sort things out. I focus on building a therapeutic relationship in a supportive, open and safe setting that includes empathy, genuineness and respect for you.
My availability is Wednesdays 10:00-5:00 in person and Thursdays 10:00-5:00 for telehealth.
I believe in working as a team to help develop insight into yourself, your relationships and/or get closure with things in the past that you have struggled with for too long.
I have a background working with people from all walks of life including victims of abuse, adult children of alcoholics, and individuals dealing with co-dependency and relationship issues. I have experience and knowledge in treating mood disorders/anxiety, bereavement, substance abuse/addiction and other emotional and behavioral issues.
