Hi! I'm currently accepting new, individual clients ages 10-65 years old. I work with adolescents and adults and do my best to offer a comfortable space for you to be yourself. I hope that over time, we can foster a therapeutic relationship that will allow for growth and change in your life and your relationships. I am happy to offer a Christian perspective to clients who prefer to integrate their faith into their therapeutic journey. If this is not your preference or you do not identify as Christian, please know I would still love to work with you while integrating your perspectives.

In the fast paced world we live in today it is difficult to slow down long enough to seek this balance. We may begin to seek relief with short term solutions (ie alcohol, anger, sex, shopping, unhealthy relationships) that often come with destructive side effects.
