Groups
Men's Healthy Intimacy Group
This group is designed to help men explore what it means to build authentic, healthy, and lasting connections. Many men struggle with intimacy, not just physical closeness, but emotional vulnerability, trust, and the ability to show up fully in relationships. In this group, we focus on breaking down barriers created by shame, fear, or unhealthy patterns, and replacing them with tools that foster trust, respect, and emotional safety. This group is virtual and meets on Thursdays from 7:00am to 8:00am.

Group Meets
Women's Reproductive Trauma Group
Reproductive trauma can happen to anyone, and when it does, people often experience feelings of grief, shame, isolation, and even identity struggles that are difficult to carry alone. The purpose of this group is to support individuals who have faced experiences such as infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, pregnancy loss, birth-related trauma, or other reproductive challenges. Together we will move toward healing by honoring your experiences, fostering connection, and supporting emotional, physical, and relational wholeness. This group will meet virtually through zoom. The day and time are still being decided. Let us know if you are interested in participating.
