I'm so happy you're here, as you take the first step towards healing. In order to heal, it's important to tell our stories and understand how every part makes up who we are. To heal the parts that once felt alone, scared or misunderstood, and provide them with safety from the perspective of the healthy adult. For over six years, I have had the pleasure of listening to my client's stories. I have supported clients struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self-esteem challenges, grief, trauma, family dynamics and interpersonal relationships. My hope is that you can begin to heal, and step into a more fulfilling life.
