Children and teens don’t always have the words to express what they’re feeling, but they do have play, creativity, and stories. As a play therapist, I provide a safe and supportive space where children, adolescents, and young adults can process emotions, build coping skills, and work through challenges in developmentally appropriate ways. Play is a child’s natural language, and for older clients, creative and experiential approaches can open the door to self-expression and healing. Common areas of practice for me are anxiety, depression, adoption, OCD, divorce care, ADHD, emotional regulation, and self-esteem struggles.
I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, behavioral struggles, and life transitions such as school stress, peer challenges, or family changes. My approach is attachment-based, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. If appropriate, I involve parents and families, because healing often happens within relationships.
I am passionate about helping children, teens, and young adults feel seen, understood, and empowered. My goal is to provide practical tools for resilience and emotional growth while also supporting families in strengthening connection and communication at home.
