Therapy can be a space to work through a tough transition, discern complicated emotions, improve the quality of interpersonal relationships, or make meaning from difficult events in the past. At it's core, I believe therapy is a place where we can practice showing up as the person we want to be, both for ourselves and in our relationships.
My therapeutic style is warm, engaged, and affirming. I utilize light-hearted humor as an` aspect of the healing process. I seek to provide a space that supports people in all of their identities and intersectionalities, even though the world we live in often does not. BIPOC, queer, and trans clients always welcomed.
