My goal is to work collaboratively with the client to provide a place where the client feels safe and open to work through challenges using different tools and techniques. I utilize many therapeutic orientations in order to fit each clients individual needs, as not every technique works the same for each client. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgemental, and empathetic safe space for individuals to explore and express themselves. I am committed to working collaboratively with the individual to build on their strengths and assist them in the direction of wellness and healing.
