I have been working with children, adolescents, and adults for over 20 years. Currently, I have my private practice and am a Case Manager/Therapist with the Freehold Regional High School District. Coupled with my previous experience in an alternative school and as a Juvenile Therapist with East Brunswick Police Department; my education, experience and skills provide the clinical support and counseling to individuals with social/emotional or behavioral struggles. I strive to engage participants in gaining accurate awareness of thoughts, behaviors and mind-sets that create obstacles in personal growth and success.

I have experience providing individual, group, and family therapy to both adolescents and adults with varying diagnoses including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, mood disorders, and self-esteem/body image issues.

As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential allowing you to lead a stimulating life that gets you out of bed in the morning and keeps you engaged during the day. While we can't change difficult situations from our past, we can work together to better understand and resolve the current challenges present in your life. As a psychologist, it is my intent to help people develop the knowledge and abilities necessary to manage psychological challenges and live to one's greatest potential. What word comes to mind when you decided to seek out help? The word that comes first to my mind when I think of my clients is courage. It takes courage to reach out, the courage to feel uncomfortable emotions, and the courage to embark on change. Through this process, I will be supporting and helping clients use that courage to reach whatever goals they may have. I will meet you wherever you are in your current state-of-being and offer a non-judgmental listening ear. My greatest asset as a therapist is my ability to listen, empathize, and be fully present with you as you work through whatever challenges you are facing.

I am a Fordham University Graduate and am currently pursuing my Doctorate of Social Work at Rutger's University.
