Welcome! I am glad you are here. I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner that provides medication management and therapy services for children, adolescents and adults. I have been working in the mental health field for over 5 years, and have experience in the in-patient, out-patient, and emergency room settings. I work with clients struggling with emotional disturbances and various mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorders, bipolar disorder, and ADHD.

Spring Creek Mental Health consists of Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners. Their training and experience qualify them to diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication for patients across the lifespan. Our primary focus is to deliver evidence-based mental health care services and provide quality resources for patients involved. We offer telemedicine and in-person services. Some of our practice specialties include (but not limited to): ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, PTSD, and support for members of the LGBTQIA community.

I am dedicated to helping people suffering from a variety of problems, including depression, anxiety, ocd, social anxiety, panic, autism, adhd, relationship difficulties and behavioral problems. It is a privilege to walk alongside people and help them resolve symptoms they find distressing and improve their quality of life. Ensuring a safe, therapeutic relationship, I allow individuals to share their struggles openly and honestly, and together we pursue healing and hope. We will consider biological, psychological, social, and spiritual factors that may be creating problems and address each of these as part of our work together.

Dr Dawit Zemichael uses the most advanced approaches in the treatment of mental health, addictions & behavioral problems. He utilizes a holistic approach in his treatment modality. Theresa Wilson is a Tennessee licensed board certified Family Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with prescriptive authority, specializing in a wide range of psychiatric services to patients across the life span. Her areas of focus include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, behavioral issues, thought disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum, addictions, abuse, and trauma. No person should be defined by their diagnosis. Theresa embraces everyone's uniqueness. She delivers a personalized treatment plan tailored to fit each individual needs.

My goal is that each client that I see feels they were seen, heard, understood and received personalized care. The issue I hear the most from patients' is that they were rushed by other providers in healthcare. At Pathways you are not a number. It is our mission that you feel valued for who you are. ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS - We help patients establish a professional relationship with a dedicated physician who knows their medical history and medication regimen. This provides the patient with continuity of care and on-demand access to a doctor through telemedicine or in-person appointments. We manage a wide spectrum of illnesses, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, OCD, ADHD and insomnia. Patients with these conditions have the best chance of improvement when they have regular appointments with the same physician who works with the patient in a professional setting.

For families and individuals struggling with anxiety, ADHD, depression, addiction, or any number of issues; Sarah desires to offer a place of care, wisdom, and support through assessment, medication support, and connection to other mental health services such as counselors, support groups, related medical services.

Common clients of mine are children, adolescents, and adults, struggling with ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, and OCD among other psychiatric conditions. Individuals facing these symptoms may have interruptions of daily functioning. My clients need tools to manage their concerns and open communication to improve themselves and their relationships. Some goals are to control emotions and live a fulfilling life. The clients I see want lasting change because their conditions are keeping them from pursuing their passions and connecting with others.

Down To Earth Services is actively accepting new clients for medication management ! Sometimes, no matter how independent we are, we need help. We have a passion for supporting people who are seeking help managing high stress, life changes, anxiety, depression and trauma symptoms through outpatient therapy sessions and medication management. We currently have five medication management providers in our practice: Adam Ballintoy, APRN, Susan Barner, APRN, Jennifer Phillips, APRN, Dr. Lisa Pullen, APRN, and Samuel Wood, APRN. We also offer individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy and group therapy sessions.

My predominant clinical focuses include areas of Childhood and adult Sleep Disorders, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADD/ ADHD), Mood& Anxiety Disorders, Early-onset Psychotic Disorders and Psychopharmacology (medication use). I believe in conservative medication management, holistic approaches, and building healthy lifestyles through sleep-wake training. Will is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 10+ years of experience working in Mental Health. He specializes in psychiatric medication management as well as psychotherapy and sees children (ages 6 and up), adolescents and adults with a range of conditions including but not limited to ADHD, PTSD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and autism. Will works collaboratively with clients in an open and nonjudgmental manner, often with humor, curiosity, and intentional therapeutic self-disclosure to help uncover the biological, medical, spiritual and social dimensions of concerns.

Hello, my name is Angel Smith and I own Dedicated Psychiatric Services in Kingsport TN. I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. I graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 2018. I have been a registered nurse since 2008. My mental health career first began in 2009, and I now have over 15 years of experience working with Psychiatric patients. I treat a wide range of psychiatric illnesses and age ranges from 6 years old and up. I am passionate about all mental health and treatment but I do enjoy specifically treating ADHD, perinatal mood disorders, and bipolar disorder.
