I am dedicated to helping people suffering from a variety of problems, including depression, anxiety, ocd, social anxiety, panic, autism, adhd, relationship difficulties and behavioral problems. It is a privilege to walk alongside people and help them resolve symptoms they find distressing and improve their quality of life. Ensuring a safe, therapeutic relationship, I allow individuals to share their struggles openly and honestly, and together we pursue healing and hope. We will consider biological, psychological, social, and spiritual factors that may be creating problems and address each of these as part of our work together.
I am a Vanderbilt-trained, board certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist treating individuals and families. I provide a thoughtful, individualized treatment plan, often combining psychotherapy and medication, to meet the specific needs of each person seeking relief from their troubling symptoms.
In order to provide detailed, patient-centered care, I do not accept insurance. However your insurance may reimburse a portion of the fees if you have out of network benefits. Please call if you are seeking psychotherapy with or without medication treatment. In response to patient requests, I offer appointments in-person and via telehealth as appropriate.
