I work with adults who feel stuck in their mental health treatment—often when medications haven’t been effective, diagnoses feel unclear, or they are unsure about the direction of their care. Many of my patients come to me seeking a second opinion after not experiencing the improvement they were hoping for.

You look like you have it all together on the outside… but inside, it’s a different story.
You’re overwhelmed, exhausted, and carrying more than most people realize. Your mind won’t slow down. Your mood feels unpredictable. You’ve pushed through for so long, you’re not even sure what feeling okay would look like anymore.
You don’t have to keep living this way.
I work with women 18 and older who may be high-functioning on the outside but quietly struggling beneath the surface—navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, mood changes, or constant emotional overload.

I believe in the power of listening with acceptance and compassion, and, most importantly, without judgement. My goal is to relate to you as an individual, to understand your unique situation, and to work together with you to develop a treatment plan that will help produce positive and meaningful change. Over a decade of experience as an Emergency Room nurse strengthened my belief in bringing empathy and respect to all individuals, regardless of their struggles. My office is a safe place, and I'm LGBTQ- and gender-affirming. Seeking assistance with personal challenges takes courage and vulnerability. You don't have to do this alone.
