My private practice provides psychiatric evaluations, psychotherapy and medication management. I work collaboratively with each person to tailor the most current treatment modalities to meet their individual needs.
The mental health of women during their reproductive years and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder are particular interests. Helping people maintain their best quality of life with as little medicine as possible, deprescribing, is a passion of mine.
I treat various behavioral and mental health disorders that occur throughout the lifespan.
These include: Adult ADHD, Anxiety Disorders, including Generalized anxiety disorders and Depression and Bipolar disorder. The goal of any treatment I recommend is to help provide the best quality of life possible for that person.
I am board certified in Child, Adolescent and Adult psychiatry. I also completed a fellowship in Women's Mental Health. My practice focuses on the well being of the entire family. A holistic approach is taken, meaning that environment, lifestyle and nutritional needs are utilized to augment any treatment plan.
