Hello! My name is Katie and I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides medication management services for preteens, adolescents, and adults. I work in treating psychiatric disorders such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. In addition to providing medication I provide a holistic approach to mental health treatment that includes patient and family centered care to promote wellness.

Dr. Solberg is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist who completed her residency training in Adult Psychiatry at The University of California, Los Angeles. She went to medical school at UCLA and also completed a forensic psychiatry fellowship through UCLA. She currently provides medication management for adolescents and adults with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, panic disorder, PTSD, Attention Deficit Disorder, eating disorders, psychosis and obsessive compulsive disorder as well as other neuropsychiatric conditions.

I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who specializes in treating patients with mood disorders, including depression and anxiety. I work with psychotropic medication for symptom management, but I encourage my patients to engage in psychotherapy, nutrition awareness, exercise, sleep hygiene and relaxation activities. I offer and have implemented GENETIC TESTING as part of my treatment regimen as well as assisting with cannabis card retrieval.

I enjoy treating adults and college students who are interested in changing patterns of behavior that are detrimental in their relationships and work life. This is achieved through psychotherapy (and medication where indicated) so that you can obtain your full potential. I am trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy, an approach that looks comprehensively at an entire person's life, as well as cognitive and behavioral therapy. My psychotherapy training was through Leigh McCullough., a Harvard professor and clinician who also researched what causes true change in therapy. More recently I have studied AEDP a form of Positive Psychotherapy.

Gillian Cooperstein is a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who specializes in the psychiatric treatment and care for children, adolescents and young adults (ages 6-25). She most commonly treats depression, anxiety, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, autism, oppositional defiance and mood disorders. She believes in treating the whole person and is thoughtful when making decisions about medication options.
