I am proud to say that I am a general psychiatrist with extensive experience in the treatment of psychiatric illness, including mood disorder, anxiety, ADHD, and cognitive disorders.

Our first session is a consultation, where I listen to your history and come up with an assessment and plan that we can agree on. My approach is holistic, and may or may not include medications. I think it is important to understand symptoms in the context of patients's lives, and I work hard to address issues such as sleep, exercise, diet and relationships.
