Dr. Xavier is a Yale trained psychiatrist with advanced training in Child, Adolescent, Adult and Forensic Psychiatry. She has been a physician for over twenty years. Dr. Xavier treats children, adolescents and adults. She provides medication and psychotherapy together, or prescribes alongside your trusted therapist. Dr. Xavier recognizes medication is not for everyone and values helping clients become educated collaborators. She skillfully understands which symptoms are targeted with medication versus therapy and the limits of each.
