I provide psychotherapy, medication management, herbal supplements, nutritional changes, movement/exercise and meditation/relaxation techniques.

I am a board-certified psychiatric NP, trained at New York University. I specialize in adults, children, adolescents, and geriatrics. My virtual and in-person practices are friendly and confidential spaces where I provide a thorough psychiatric evaluation and personalized medication management. My approach is to always see things from the client’s perspective. My mission is to support my clients while they create more meaningful progress in life. I use my expertise to help them find harmony between mind and body. I think mental health care can be a spiritual, and yet a scientific way for the client to look into their soul.

I focus on individual challenges and treatments are personalized to individual's needs and preferences, can incorporate psychotherapy, medications, or both. I am double board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. I believe in using both medication when indicated as well as therapy. I was trained in CBT and was given the Excellence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during my residency program. I use supportive therapy with each client I see. During my residency I served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Overall Excellence in Psychiatry Award as well as the Clinical Excellence Award.

Vody Vincent is board-certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She has been working in the mental health/psychiatric field for over two decades. She has extensive experience working with individuals dealing with various mental health issues. Vody has worked with children, adolescents and adults with psychiatric disorders such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, eating disorder and other mental health issues. She uses a holistic approach in treating her clients and connects well with them through her altruistic and compassionate nature.

I’m a Psychiatry PA that treats children, adolescents and adults with OCD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, ADHD and Alcohol Use Disorder. Generally I believe less medication is better - however, I work with people to find a regimen that may help improve their lives. I have experience with treating various members of the community including healthcare workers, veterans, police officers, teachers, clergy, LGBTQA+, BIPOC and more. In my free time I like to spend time with my wife and son, hike, play guitar, go on meditation retreats and perform improv comedy.

My practice consists of treating adolescents and adults with various mental health issues. I earned my BSN in 1996 from Trenton State College (College of New Jersey) and MSN from Monmouth university in 2018. My prescriptive practice is conservative and I encourage my clients to be active participants in their healthcare management.

Jacqueline Torgbor (PMHNP) is a provider with a difference due to the patient centered care she delivers. Every client is perceived to be unique therefore treatment is provided based on their uniqueness and is one client at a time. The goal is to improve mental well being by utilizing a holistic approach and also have access to quality mental health services. During the first session, a thorough assessment is conducted and treatment goals are set together. I am licensed in the states of New Jersey and Georgia with over 11 years of nursing experience including two years as a nurse practitioner.

The practice of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, as well as Adult Psychiatry, is as exciting as it is varied. This specialty is truly one of the last bastions in modern medicine that allows the practitioner to 'connect' with the patient, and one where the value of the patient's input is not underestimated. My clinical interests include childhood and adolescent depression, other mood disorders, ADHD, child and adolescent anxiety disorders such as OCD, and post traumatic stress disorder.
