Hello, my name is Ruchi Nadella, MD. I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist with more than ten years of clinical experience. Dr. Natal is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 18 years experience in the field of mental health. Dr. Natal is a compassionate supportive practitioner that takes pride in providing quality comprehensive psychiatric treatment. I am a general adult psychiatrist, completing residency training and forensic fellowship at Yale where I also had the amazing experience of serving as chief resident. My experience includes pharmacotherapy with emphasis on treatment for general mood disorders, post-partum depression, anxiety, insomnia, postraumatic stress disorder, ADHD, and maintaining sobriety/post-substance abuse, in addition to a range of clinical issues with more specific psychiatric foci. Ngozi holds a Bachelor's of Nursing from Immaculata University and a Master's Degree from Monmouth University. In her practice, Ngozi believes the most important part of patient care is building rapport, empathy, strong communication, shared decision-making and being completely open and honest when sharing information with patient and his or her family about their condition and treatment options.
