I have over 27 years experience in the field of psychiatry in the following environments: inpatient psychiatry, crisis (PESS), and outpatient settings (adolescent and adult). I earned my BSN in 1996 from Trenton State College (College of New Jersey) and MSN from Monmouth university in 2018. I believe in a collaborative approach with my clients, and place a strong emphasis on education regarding medication management. My prescriptive practice is conservative and I encourage my clients to be active participants in their healthcare management.
I have a non judgmental stance and work hard to build strong alliances with my clients. Promoting a sense of trust is an essential element in developing a productive working relationship.
