I grew up witnessing people with mental illness being teased and physically abused on the streets by the people around them. Seeing some of our most vulnerable population being mistreated in this way left an indelible impression on me and I believe that experience, in part, influenced my decision to enter a profession that was all about caring for others.

I truly enjoy connecting with my patients and understanding their lives. I am grateful every day for this fulfilling career that allows me to help my patients feel better. Work has become a source of pleasure for me; as it lifts my spirits when others become happier, more content with their lives, and more balanced. I have had the privilege of starting my private practice in the tiny and friendly town of Shrewsbury, NJ, a borough of Monmouth County, in 2017. My practice has grown to over 400 patients, and I diagnose and treat many conditions there including: ADHD, GAD, MDD, OCD, Bipolar Disorders, Mood disorders, Insomnia.

We combine the use of medications, bio identical hormones, nutritional supplements together with individual, family and group therapy. Kesha is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is broadly experienced both as nurse and nurse practitioner. She works closely with her patients to help them meet their treatment goals. Kesha believes in a holistic approach and encourages patients to be active in their treatment plan to ensure desired outcomes are met. She helps patients manage their anxiety, depression, and many other conditions with new patient appointments available within 1-2 weeks currently (oct 2023).

My over 10years experience in clinical practice and experience enable me in addressing both personal and systematic problems of each individual. As Co-founder and Owner of Psychiatry Services, Juliana brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare to her practice. She specializes in the psychiatric treatment of children, adults and geriatric patients. She provides thorough evaluations and medication management of all mental illness utilizing the Bio psychosocial Model. She has an extensive background in the hospital setting managing the care of patients who are medically compromised and in need of psychiatric care. Her compassionate manner is comforting to others in their time of need. Juliana is also bilingual speaking fluent Spanish.

My ideal client is motivated to improve their mental health, regardless of their specific condition. They may struggle with depression, anxiety, addiction, or other symptoms. They want a safe, supportive environment where they can develop coping skills and explore their thoughts and feelings. Dr. Javier G. Taboada, M.D. is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and has his practice in Yardley, PA. He specializes in Adult and Child Psychiatry. Fiona is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner that treats psychiatric conditions in children, adolescents, and adults. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Nursing from Pennsylvania State University and her post-masters degree from Monmouth University. From there, she has been a dedicated psychiatric nurse at various hospitals, a few being Hoboken University Medical Center, Hoboken Community Center, Princeton University Medical Center EDU and Hackensack Meridian Hospital.
