About
I am a psychiatry nurse practitioner with 9+ years of experience in psychiatry practice. I have a strong sense of empathy, compassion, and provide active listening to all my clients. Clients’ need comes first in my line of practice and treatments are based on evidence-based practice. Treatment is tailored to each client’s challenges and needs, and the goal is to achieve an optimal sense of wellbeing. Part of my objectives is to provide care to a diverse population with skills, experience, and education that I have acquired as a psychiatric nurse practitioner.
My focus is to work with clients based on their needs to achieve a desired positive outcome of their mental wellness and maximize patient satisfaction. This is achieved by integrating psychotherapy and medication management to achieved the desired outcome.
I specialize in working in diverse areas of clinical crisis, early intervention plans, outpatients, and substance use programs. Areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, bipolar, mood disorders, ADHD, substance abuse and much more. I can conduct an appointment mainly in English and other languages through the Cyracom interpreter line.
