Hi my name is Stella Nwachukwu , I am a proud Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. For those with mental health disorders, medication management is often an important part of the recovery process when used in an effective way as part of the overall treatment. Manita Shrestha is a doctoral-prepared, dual-certified psychiatric and primary care nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience. She holds a master's degree from NYU and a doctorate from Rutgers University. Dr. Shrestha takes pride in connecting with her patients and provides medication management and psychotherapy by incorporating a holistic, integrative approach.

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I have over 40 years of experiencein conducting psychiatric evaluation and medication management as well as helping clients cope with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and adjustment to life cycle changes. I work collaboratively with clients to establish a trusting, mutually respectful and supportive relationship, set goals, build upon strengths to increase confidence self-esteem, and work toward solving issues which often cause people to feel stuck. Medication is a major tool to address the psychiatric diagnoses and addiction.

I am a dual Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of healthcare experience. I attended Chamberlain University, where I received my Degree In Family Nurse Practitioner, and was also inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau Foundation of the Phi Pi Chapter in 2017. I also went ahead and graduated with my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2023, with the zeal to help with the Mental Health and addiction crisis in the world now. I have worked in diverse fields while on the journey to complete my academic achievements.

Fiona is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner that treats psychiatric conditions in children, adolescents, and adults. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Nursing from Pennsylvania State University and her post-masters degree from Monmouth University. From there, she has been a dedicated psychiatric nurse at various hospitals, a few being Hoboken University Medical Center, Hoboken Community Center, Princeton University Medical Center EDU and Hackensack Meridian Hospital.
