Flore Pierre is a dedicated psychiatric nurse practitioner with a passion for providing holistic and high-quality mental health care. She has a strong educational background, having earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Northeastern University and her Master of Science Degree from Regis College. She has extensive experience working with culturally diverse populations in a variety of healthcare settings including medical and psychiatric facilities and highlights the importance of how overall physical and spiritual health plays a role in mental health.

Elysee Njontu, APRN, PMHNP-BC is an advanced practice nurse who is board certified by the ANCC. He has over 7 years of professional experience working in the psychiatric and mental health field. Elysee received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Chamberlain University in Illinois and his Master of Science in Nursing degree from Regis College in Weston, Mass. At the Bedford VA Hospital where he currently works, Elysee provides mental health assessments, evaluations, medication management and psychotherapy to adults struggling with issues like depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder and other mental health issues

I am double board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. I believe in using both medication when indicated as well as therapy. I was trained in CBT and was given the Excellence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during my residency program. I use supportive therapy with each client I see. During my residency I served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Overall Excellence in Psychiatry Award as well as the Clinical Excellence Award.

Dr. Toppelberg is an experienced, Harvard-trained child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist, usually working with ages 3-30. He evaluates and treats emotional/ behavioral difficulties including ADHD, depression, trauma, stress, anxiety, and selective mutism, and those preventing weight loss. He has focused on issues of performance at work, study and competitive sports. He regularly works with tour-level tennis players and other professional and student athletes. He is an expert in neurodevelopmental disabilities, as well as learning and language disabilities. He runs psychiatric services at an excellent school for children/adolescents with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities, the prestigious New England Center for Children.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing for 7 years. I earned my BS in Neuroscience from Trinity College in 2012 after which I went on to graduate from Boston College Connell School of Nursing, earning a Master’s degree in Nursing in 2014. I have broad-ranging experience working in outpatient settings particularly in in private practice. I have worked and continue to work extensively with diverse populations. My expertise includes treating adolescents, adult and geriatric populations; utilizing a combination of psychopharmacology and supportive therapy.

Laura is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She conducts psychiatric evaluations, makes diagnoses, and prescribes effective medications. She has experience with a broad spectrum of disorders including depression, anxiety, panic,ADD/ADHD, and PTSD. Laura's goal is to prescribe medications in a conservative, effective, and safe manner.

I am an adult, child and adolescent psychiatrist and Addiction Medicine specialist. I am currently full-time faculty at Boston Children’s Hospital and clinical instructor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. I work in the Adolescent Substance Use and Addiction Program in the Division of Addiction Medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital. I also serve on the Massachusetts Medical Society's Committee on Mental Health and Substance Use. In my private practice, I assess and treat patients of all ages. My office is located in Harvard Square, Cambridge, MA. At this time, I am accepting a limited number of clients.

I offer Genesight cheek swab testing which analyzes individual client’s gene/drug metabolism which can guide treatment when other options have failed. Spravato for treatment resistant depression is also available in the office. I specialize in psychopharmacology for those who have a variety of mental health conditions.
