Lhassane "Hassan" Oumalek is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with years of experience using a combination of therapy and medication management to alleviate mental health concerns and provide hope and healing to adults and seniors. He is well trained in the treatment of a wide range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, insomnia, adjustment issues, as well as bipolar-related issues and schizophrenia-type disorders. He works with his clients to understand the whole person, family history, genetic makeup, and daily routine in order to help each individual find balance and success.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner supporting individuals and families in addressing mental health challenges. I provide psychotherapy, medication management, and genetic testing for children, adolescents, and adults. Establishing a therapeutic alliance with clients is essential. I prioritize an individual's ability to listen and receive feedback. I have over 10 years of clinical experience working as a registered nurse at the bedside. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Worcester State University in 2011. I graduated from Regis College in 2018 where I received my Master’s degree in advanced psychiatric nursing.

I am Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and have been practicing since 2005. I completed my residency from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and my Fellowship in Addictions from the Robert Johnson Wood Foundation. In 2014, I was featured in SJ Magazine as one of New Jersey’s top psychiatrists. I have experience working with adults as well as adolescents suffering from both psychiatric diagnosis and substance use disorders and have extensive experience working in both out-patient and in-patient settings.

I am a dual board-certified nurse practitioner in Family and Psychiatric Mental Health. My patient’s well-being, safety are of the upmost importance. My goal is to care for the community by providing a holistic approach that centered around medication management, emotional and spiritual well-being and meeting my clients where they are. Prior to obtaining a doctorate in nursing practice, I was a special educator for five years.

Rae Zhou is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts who has been practicing since 2022. Rae has a BS in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and a BSN, RN, and MSN with a specialty in Psychiatry from Regis College. Rae has experience treating treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, eating disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance abuse, ADHD, grief/loss, mood disorders, OCD, and developmental disorder across the lifespan. They have experience in outpatient, residential treatment, and partial hospitalization programs.

Dr. Tufts, a Psychiatrist at Aster Mental Health, specializes in PTSD & trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, substance abuse, women's mental health, and perinatal & postpartum psychiatry. Her multidimensional treatment approach utilizes tools such as medication, psychotherapy, mindfulness, & lifestyle changes. She is a University of Vermont & Boston University trained Psychiatrist offering medication management as well as psychiatric assessment and treatment.

PivotCare Precision Psychiatry , an integrative psychiatric group practice provides outpatient adolescent, adult & geriatric Psychiatric Appointments via face-to-face visits or HIPAA compliant virtual visits. We offer outpatient Psychiatric evaluations, medication management, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and other forms of psychotherapy including collaborative care integration with PCP's, second opinions for local physicians, and other providers.
