As a keen practitioner, my journey to helping humanity began 11 years ago after graduating with my Bachelors in Nursing, I dedicated 5 years in serving underserved communities in urban and rural areas, worked in a pediatric facility and top Major Hospitals in Boston. Then I decided to complete my Masters in Nursing at Regis College 5 years ago focusing in internal medication. Mental health medicine caught my attention after working in a methadone and suboxone clinic. I further pursed my interest by working at SouthBay for over 2 years, now at Boston Neurobehavioral Associates for almost 2 years.

I am a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Having started as an Educator, My Education and training Include a Master’s in psychology, a Master’s in Community and Public health, a Master’s in Family Nurse Practitioner, CAGS in PMHNP and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. As a Doctorate prepared Psychiatric and Family practitioner, I draw on my knowledge of Nursing, Psychology, Community / Public Health and Education to advocate for and provide the very best solutions for those I serve. I am a board certified Clinical Nurse Specialist, licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, who received my training at Boston College in both Nursing and Developmental/Educational Psychology. I am currently accepting most major commercial Health Insurances, Medicare and Wellsense. My clinical expertise has been developed over 20 years of working in community mental health , private practice, and residential treatment programs for adolescents.

Over the course of the last two decades, I have had the opportunity to work collaboratively with many vulnerable populations with health disparities in the emergency setting. I completed my doctorate of nursing at the University of Massachusetts specializing in psychiatric mental health nursing and my doctoral research centered around improving communication among healthcare workers. I have a passion for perinatal psychiatry and supporting women/mothers.

I provide medication management, counseling and Genesight testing for potential medication options. I work with a wide range of patients that struggle with mental health and addiction issues. Emotional Support Dogs, Summit and Toby, are available and onsite most days, providing emotional support, unconditional love in a no judgment zone.

With a strong commitment to mental health, I have acquired extensive experience as a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional. I played a vital role in educating patients on essential aspects of mental health, and I've also done a lot of work in helping individuals dealing with diabetic and weight management issues deal and work through these concerns.

Kyle B Sargent is a Psychiatric Physician Assistant. He graduated from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences specializing in Psychiatric Health as well as Acute Care. Kyle joined our team in hopes of connecting with patients to create a solid and trusting relationship in order to provide appropriate patient-centered care. He has worked in Urgent Cares across the South Shore, but his main passion is mental health where he aims to serve and provide care to his community in areas that need it the most.

Jessica Frawley is a Physician Assistant who is dedicated to improving the mental health of her patients. Receiving her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience, she utilizes her skillset to approach mental health from both a psychological and psychiatric point of view. Jessica’s clinical areas of focus include the treatment of mood disorders, ADHD, and Anxiety. She is a strong advocate of using a multifaceted model in helping her patient’s journey in their mental health and overall wellness.

Dr. Prabhu is a Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist with 20+ years of experience. She provides comprehensive assessments & offer evidence-based medication management for a broad range of psychiatric and psychological disorders. She provides a warm and collaborative care for adults coping with personal or professional challenges, life transitions, or stressors. Accepting adults ages 18-65 for medication management. She focuses on applying an integrative approach to treatment, combining different psychotherapy modalities and pharmacology.

Margaret Hughes, CPNP, PMHNP is a dual-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and pediatric nurse practitioner. After completing a Master's in Nursing (pediatrics) from Yale University, she provided medical care to children and adolescents at Mattapan Community Health Center and subsequently to college students at Northeastern University Health Center. Her passion for mental health has led her to obtain an additional degree as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
