Patients come for various reasons to see a psychiatrist -depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, acute stress, relationship, family, identity problems. My goal is to establish a trusted relationship and supportive environment in order to help my patients to meet their needs, build coping skills, enhance their strengths and resolve symptoms. I treat adults with mental health disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADHD and PTSD. I also treat adults with substance use disorders and behavioral addictions. I believe in individualizing treatment based on each person's needs. I offer medication management visits, complemented with elements of Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and psychodymanic psychotherapy. I also offer psychotherapy visits without medication management, if someone is not in need of medications.

I am a Harvard trained, Board Certified, Psychiatrist with a private practice in the Back Bay Area, Boston. My training includes my MD from Stanford with honors, Harvard residency training at MGH-McLean, and my certification in cognitive behavioral therapy (for anxiety, depression and PTSD) while I was faculty at the University of Pennsylvania and University of Massachusetts. My outpatient clinic was previously at Cambridge Health Alliance and I now run a boutique private practice offering personalized, attentive care and support. Narrative therapy and mindfulness training are included along with meticulous psychopharmacology.

I am double board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. I believe in using both medication when indicated as well as therapy. I was trained in CBT and was given the Excellence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during my residency program. I use supportive therapy with each client I see. During my residency I served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Overall Excellence in Psychiatry Award as well as the Clinical Excellence Award.

Holistic Behavioral Health Services provides both outpatient and tele-psychiatry mental health services in Dracut and surrounding areas. Tele-psychiatry services are provided in the comfort of your home using a computer/ a phone. We accepting new patients. Evening and weekend hours are available to those busy during office hours. Board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with training and experience across the lifespan in outpatient settings.

Currently we have availability on a weekly basis. Dr. Jacine Vilches is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with dual certification in family practice and psychiatry (double-boarded). After working at a level I trauma center and receiving her doctoral degree from Florida State University she practiced psychiatry in Boston with the severely mentally ill population treating disorders ranging from schizophrenia to generalized anxiety disorder and personality disorders. Recently she moved back to Florida to open her private telepsychiatry practice that focuses on the holistic treatment of mental health disorders.
