My approach to care is open, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I make use of motivational interviewing techniques and dialogue during my sessions mixed with aspects of both solution focused brief therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I strongly believe in a holistic approach to treatment; addressing issues related to clients’ physical, mental, spiritual, and social needs.

My passion lies in working with women who are seeking support while navigating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, PMDD, perimenopause, fertility treatments and family planning, pregnancy loss, as well as those in the perinatal period. I offer an integrative approach to treatment, which includes: traditional psychotropics, botanicals/nutraceuticals, healthy sleep habits, ecotherapy, supportive psychotherapy, healthy movement and nutrition, and forming a supportive network. I have received additional training in Integrative & Reproductive psychiatry from Dr. Kate Salama & Dr. Anna Glezer.
