I am a board-certified, integrative psychiatrist who helps children, adolescents, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma improve their mood, worry less, focus more, and be the best version of themselves through a combination of medications, thoughts/emotion/behavioral training, lifestyle coaching, and natural supplements. As a mother, I hope that my daughter learns healthy habits and takes the minimum amount of medications necessary to help her grow into a life-loving adult.
